  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp amchur ((dry mango powder))
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder (( optional))
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
