Homemade salad dressing that uses NO oil and NO sugar. Made from Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, green onions, poppy seeds and salt!
- 2 cups Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup ReaLemon lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until well blended. Yields approximately 3 cups salad dressing.
