LIGHT AND TASTY GLUTEN FREE BANANA BREAD

The best variety of Gluten-free bread we tried and trust me we went through a few versions. Tasty and moist and a great way to use up ripe bananas

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/2 Tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 50 g light brown sugar
  • 2-3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 1/2 Tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp low-fat milk
  • 130 g almond flour
  • 200 g gluten-free flour blend - I use one from Dove farms
  • 100 g gluten-free oats
  • slice To decorate -Banana and Walnuts (optional)
