Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken (whole cut)
  • 1 onion (sliced 1in (2.5cm))
  • 1 acorn squash (cut into 1 1/2in (3.5cm) chunks)
  • 2 potatoes (cut into 2in (5cm) cubes)
  • 1 carrot (cut into 1 1/2in. (3.5cm) chunks)
  • 5 shiitake mushrooms (sliced in half )
  • 2 trumpet mushrooms (sliced 1/4in (0.5cm))
  • 1 stalk green onion (cut to 2in (5cm) strips )
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili pepper powder (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
