  • 8 oz raw mild cheddar cheese (you can substitute with regular cheddar cheese)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 3 cups cabbage
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • himalayan pink salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
