Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups pecans
  • 1 tbsp Swerve sweetner (granular)
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 3.5 tbsp butter (salted)
  • .5 ounces bourbon
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 eggs (medium)
  • 1.5 cups pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Swerve (granular)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 shot bourbon
  • 4 tbsp butter (salted)
  • 2.5 tbsp Swerve (confectioners)
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 shot bourbon
