Ingredients

  • 3 Plantains (green or yellow)
  • 6 tbsp arrow root powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 1/4 cup water (filtered)
  • 5 tbsp coconut oil, melted (3 tbsp in recipe + 2 tbsp for baking tray)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
