  • 1 package glass noodle
  • 1 onion (slice about 1/4in. thick)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (slice about 1/4in. thick)
  • 1 green bell pepper (slice about 1/4in. thick)
  • 16 oz pork (slice about 1/4in. thick)
  • 6 shiitake mushrooms (slice about 1/4in. thick)
  • oyster mushrooms (take apart to individual stem)
  • 1/2 cup jelly ear mushrooms (slice about 1/4in. thick)
  • 1 oz avocado oil
  • 2 oz soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 2 tsp pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (enough to sprinkle evenly)
