  • 2.0 lbs yukon gold potatoes (quartered lengthwise, peeled, cut 1/2 inch slices)
  • 1/4 cup Redstone Jalapeno Balsamic
  • 1 tbls dijon mustard (whole grain)
  • 1 tbls pickle relish
  • 1 tbls sugar
  • 2 each shallots (small)
  • 1/4 cup Redstone Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 tbls capers (rinsed, drained, and roughly chopped)
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp Redstone Roasted Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Redstone Jalapeno Sea Salt
