  • 12 cups Water
  • 150 g Sumac Berries
  • 1 lb Red Lentils
  • 1 Onion (Large)
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper (Coarsely Ground)
  • 1 tsp Corriander (Ground)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
