  • 58 oz crushed tomatoes (canned (2 x 29))
  • 58 oz diced tomatoes (canned (2 x 29))
  • 12 oz tomato paste (canned (2 x 6oz))
  • 14.5 oz beef broth (canned)
  • 1.5 cup white wine (moscato)
  • 2 onion (diced, 16 oz)
  • 2 carrot (diced, 8oz)
  • 2 celery (diced, 8oz)
  • 4 leaves bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp basil
  • 2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
