Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 Small container Ricotta cheese 15oz
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract optional
  • cups Oil for deep frying - 6 1/2aprox.
