  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • 2-3 curry leaves
  • 0.5 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 pinch hing/ kayam/ asafeoteida
  • few fenugreek seeds
