- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup walnuts or almonds
- 1 cup seeds ((pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, or a blend))
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup water or orange juice
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup dried fruit ((raisins, currants, cranberries, apples, etc))
