Making homemade mustard is probably one of the easiest tasks I have ever undertaken in a kitchen. Most of the work is about waiting (3 full days so be patient), mixing it with a hand blender and about sterilizing the jar (if you want to keep your mustard for a certain time). And it tastes amazing in a sandwich, hot dog (veggie or not) or with fries.
Ingredients
- 50 grams mustard seeds
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- tarragon ((optional))

- Put all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover the bowl and reserve it for 3 days. After 3 days, the mustard seeds will have grown....
