Homemade Mustard. Easy and non-processed!

Making homemade mustard is probably one of the easiest tasks I have ever undertaken in a kitchen. Most of the work is about waiting (3 full days so be patient), mixing it with a hand blender and about sterilizing the jar (if you want to keep your mustard for a certain time). And it tastes amazing in a sandwich, hot dog (veggie or not) or with fries.

Ingredients

  • 50 grams mustard seeds
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • tarragon ((optional))

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover the bowl and reserve it for 3 days. After 3 days, the mustard seeds will have grown....
