  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, cold (3 sticks)
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 tablespoon buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
