Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can cooked chickpeas (drained)
  • 4 tbsp quality olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed and chopped)
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a blitzer, add your cooked, drained chickpeas, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Blitz and serve. Yes, it really is that easy!
