- 1 can cooked chickpeas (drained)
- 4 tbsp quality olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed and chopped)
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- In a blitzer, add your cooked, drained chickpeas, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Blitz and serve. Yes, it really is that easy!
