I love all those energy and protein bars you get in stores, but it´s certainly not the best for you. If you have a look at amount of added sugar and other things they put in there, it´s much better to make it yourself and it´s very easy. I made my own energy bar for the first time! It´s super easy and fast. Check out the recipe below.


  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 vanilla aroma
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup dried dates (pitted and chopped )
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp grated cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
