Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups cashews (soaked in filtered water for 4-6 hours with 1 tsp. sea salt and then rinsed)
- 1/3 cup filtered water (or more to desired consistency)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp. pink Himalayan salt (or sea salt)
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. organic italian seasoning
