Healthy Sausage Sandwich

With just a couple of really simple changes, you can turn what would be a greasy, stodgy, simple carbs mess into a healthy sausage sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices pumpernickel bread
  • 2 quality butchers sausages (the better quality sausages, the better quality meat)
  • knob butter

Directions

  1. Set your oven to 180oC or gas mark 7. Place your sausages on a baking tray and bake for around 20 minutes or until brown on the outside....
