Hash Brown Quiche

Can't Stay Out of the Kitchen

 

Gluten free quiche has a hash brown crust topped with ham, cheese and green pepper, and then eggs and milk are poured over top to give the quiche texture.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cups Hormel diced fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • bag Ore-Ida frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
  • 2/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 lb. diced fully cooked (chopped ham)
  • bag shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese or shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-in. pie plate....
