Gluten free quiche has a hash brown crust topped with ham, cheese and green pepper, and then eggs and milk are poured over top to give the quiche texture.
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cups Hormel diced fully cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- bag Ore-Ida frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
- 2/3 cup butter (melted)
- 1 lb. diced fully cooked (chopped ham)
- bag shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese or shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 diced green pepper
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 1/3 tsp. salt
- 2/3 tsp. pepper
