- 227 grams GoGo Quinoa Rice & Quinoa Gluten Free Fusilli (or other pasta of choice)
- 1 1/2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup Tex-mex seasoned hemp seeds
- 2 Avocados diced
- 1/2 cup Ketchup (as desired)
- Stir gently until all pasta is coated. Serve immediately, or refrigerate and serve as a cold pasta salad.
