An easy, restaurant standard Griddled Halloumi Salad with a smokey, salty texture and hidden spice! Perfect lunch box treat!

Ingredients

  • halloumi (sliced)
  • 1 red onion (diced)
  • 1 bag mixed salad (include rocket and spinach where possible)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (if available)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
