This Gluten Free Granola is dairy free and vegan too. It's also incredibly good!
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup, or honey
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/4 cups rolled oats, certified gluten free
