Wonderful Meatless Monday pasta main dish loaded with three cheeses and spaghetti sauce. This recipe uses gluten free pasta.

Ingredients

  • DeBoles Gluten Free Multi Grain Penne (with rice, quinoa and amaranth)
  • ricotta cheese
  • mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce – I used Ragu Traditional (gluten free)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. basil
