A basic fruit and veggie smoothie made with common produce and customizable to suit your preferences. Use whatever protein powder you like!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups ice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 small organic orange ((peel left on=optional))
  • 1 small organic apple
  • 1 banana ((peeled))
  • 1 whole carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup protein powder of choice
  • 1/4 cup raw quick oats ((optional-omit for paleo/grain free))

Directions

  1. Blend in a high powered blender until smooth. Serve immediately
