  • 6 fillets Anchovy (Deboned, drained and rinsed)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • .5 cup Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Basil
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 2 tbsp Shallot
  • 1 each Lemon Zest and Juice
  • .5 cup olive oil
  • 2 lbs Clams (Cleaned and shucked)
  • .5 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Chili Flakes
  • .25 cup White Wine
  • 2 each Lemon (Cut in half and grilled)
  • 4 tbsp Butter (divided and softened to room temperature)
  • .25 bunch Parsely (Chopped)
