Ingredients

  • 16 oz flounder (flounder, tilapia, or cod)
  • 1 cup panko
  • 2 eggs (whipped)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp kosher salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Old Bay (optional)
