Fermented Vegetables are great additions to meals at lunch and dinner. The fermenting process helps break down enzymes which in turn lead to good gut health

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower (or other vegetable (around 1kg worth))
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
