Fakeaway fish and chips will leave you wondering why you've had it from the chippy for all these years. Easy to make and really nutritious. Give it a go!

Ingredients

  • 150 g white fish (cod or smoked haddock)
  • 10 g unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 bunch tenderstem brocolli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
