  • 4 tortillas (fajita-sized)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 Red pepper (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 Tbsp Salsa

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
