  • 1 and 1/2 cup frozen pearl onions
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 small pork tenderloin (or 1/2 of a larger one)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
