  • 4 no. Potato Medium sized. Peeled,washed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp Rice flour
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp Chicken stock cube Big pinch, crushed. Or vegetarian stock cube
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder about a big pinch
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
