  • 2 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup coffee, strong; cold or at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth, pulsing to break up the ice (if necessary). Serve immediately.
