  • 32 Oz Tomatillos (Canned, drained and blended )
  • 1 Each Onion (Yellow or White, diced)
  • .5 Buch Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 3 Each garlic (Smashed or minced)
  • 2 Tsp Oregano (Dried)
  • 1.5 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • .5 Tbsp Pepper
  • .5 Cup Water
  • 2 Each Avocados
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar (Rice wine or champagne )
  • 1 Each Green Cabbage (Shredded )
  • .5 Bunch Cilantro (Chopped )
  • 1 Each Red onion (Sliced thin)
  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black peppercorns
  • 3 Each Bay Leaves
  • 1 Each Queso Fresco (Crumbled )
  • 16 Each Corn Tortillas (Hard Shell)
  • 2 Each Limes
  • 16 Each Corn Tortillas (Soft)
