Ingredients
- 1 2-4 pound corned beef brisket
- 2 large onions (peeled and cut into large wedges)
- 3 pounds new potatoes (halved)
- 1 pound carrots (cut large)
- 1 box chicken broth

- 3 Tablespoons stone ground mustard
