- 1 handful spinach
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 6 red grapes
- 1 handful Blueberries
- 3 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 150 ml coconut milk or organic milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Put all the ingredients (apart from chia seeds) in a blender and pulse until smooth. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top to serve.
