Cold Busting Smoothie

Try this Cold Busting Smoothie for your breakfast to give your immune system a much needed boost in winter. Packed with vitamin C and super tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 6 red grapes
  • 1 handful Blueberries
  • 3 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 150 ml coconut milk or organic milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients (apart from chia seeds) in a blender and pulse until smooth. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top to serve.
