  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup unrefined sugar
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2/3 cup very hot water
