  • 8 chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 milk
  • Few Handfuls of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tblsp. butter
  • 1 cup marsala
  • Olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chicken stock
  • 2 handfuls frozen peas
  • Thyme
