- 1/2 Frozen Banana (Coarsely sliced)
- 1/2 cup Water or Milk
- 1 cup Frozen Sweet Cherries (No sugar added)
- 1 cube Frozen Kale (Optional)
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional- I use a 29.6 cc sized scoop )
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
