Need a quick, healthy, breakfast or snack? Try this delicious cherry banana protein smoothie with coconut oil! Enjoy the taste and the health benefits!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Frozen Banana (Coarsely sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Water or Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen Sweet Cherries (No sugar added)
  • 1 cube Frozen Kale (Optional)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional- I use a 29.6 cc sized scoop )
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil

Directions
