Cheesecake Factory Red Velvet Cheesecake just like you'd get at the restaurant. A sweet treat if we've ever seen one!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, (2 8 oz packages)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 vanilla bean, with seeds scraped or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, not dutch process
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature, (2 8 oz packages)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean, with seeds scraped or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
