Ingredients

  • 1 cedar plank
  • apple cider, optional
  • 2 salmon filets, 6-8 ounces each
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 ounces plain greek yogurt
  • 3 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon dill, fresh or 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
