  • 14.5 oz vegetable broth (canned)
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 stalks celery (diced (1 cup))
  • 2 bell pepper (diced (1 cup))
  • 2 onion (diced (2 cups))
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 3 leaves bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp green onion
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke (apple flavor)
