Pakoda or Pakora is Indian origin recipe, which involves deep frying the batter based dumplings. This version includes the Pakora made out of Wheat or normal Bread. Usually we serve Pakora with Masala Tea(Chai that's what we call) or Spicy Minty chutney. Do let us know your feedback..

Ingredients

  • 6-7 Slices Bread slices
  • 2 cup Water to soak bread
  • 1/3 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum(finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 Green chili (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds(til)
  • 1/2 tsp Tamarind Paste (imli)
  • 2 pinches Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp Rice flour
  • 1/4 sup Maida(plain flour)
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • for deep fry Oil
