Bombay Style Prawns is a take on the bombay potatoes classic that I always order from the takeaway. Made with just a saucepan, frying pan and creativity!

Ingredients

  • 180 g uncooked prawns
  • 500 g new potatoes
  • 1 pack tenderstem brocolli
  • 6 spring onions
  • 2 large handfuls spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp gara masala
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnemon
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • salt
