  • 300 g self raising sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 140 ml milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g fresh blueberries
  • 110 g margarine/unsalted butter
  • 320 g icing sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 2-3 tbsp limoncello
