Taking just fifteen minutes to make, these beef nachos are one of my go-to meals for a Friday night. Great for munching while watching a film!
- 1 large bag nachos
- 300 g lean beef mince
- 2 handful frozen peas
- 2 handful frozen beans
- 2 tbsp cajun spices
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt (per serve)
