Beef Nachos

Taking just fifteen minutes to make, these beef nachos are one of my go-to meals for a Friday night. Great for munching while watching a film!

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag nachos
  • 300 g lean beef mince
  • 2 handful frozen peas
  • 2 handful frozen beans
  • 2 tbsp cajun spices
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt (per serve)
  • 60 g grated cheese (per serve)

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, add a little oil and toss in your mince, peas, beans, spices, salt and bbq sauce. Fry over a medium heat for around 10...
