BBQ sauce (with a little spice mixed in) creates a well-loved and delicious pumpkin seed snack. With all or just some of the added spices, you can create a spin on the classic BBQ while tickling your taste buds with a bit of flare. - 2 cups water
- 2 cups pumpkin seeds cleaned and washed
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce your favorite
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp ground allspice
