Basil Carrots

Can't Stay Out of the Kitchen

 

This delicious side dish is quick and easy and makes a nice complement to any main dish. Great as a holiday side dish, too.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. carrots (peeled and cut in ½” slices)
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. Red Himalayan sea salt (or salt to taste)
