Barbecued spring lamb a perfect sharing dish for family and friends with a super cool home-made chutney and new potato salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 small leg of lamb about 1½ kg, butterflied (ask your butcher to do this for you)
  • For the chutney
  • 100 g mint leaves
  • 1 small pack coriander
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 piece thumb of ginger
  • 2 green chillies deseeded if you like
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds toasted
  • 1 lemon
  • For the potatoes
  • 800 g new potatoes halved if they are not baby potatoes
  • 100 g peas
  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
